The Shining Playbook is a carefully crafted publication that includes charcoal illustrations inspired by Stanley Kubrick's iconic film adaptation of Stephen King's novel, "The Shining," and aims to pay homage to the film's unique aesthetic and narrative. The scope of this project includes publication, illustration, layout design, and typography. This piece came to a total of 38 pages showcasing over 60 charcoal illustrations. By mimicking the slow crescendo of the film, The Shining Playbook takes viewers through the horrifying nature of
this cult classic.
